The unique & biggest network of Minshuku accommodations of local common house for
tourist stay all over Japan.
The Minshuku Network has played voluntarily a leading part as conceilge
for tourists from overseas to stay at Japanese local style accommodations
such as Minshuku all over Japan.
And we have made much effort not only to guide them for their level up,
but also to admit more foreign tourist though language barriers.
We have specialized in and have dealt with booking Minshuks and
local native budget accommodations for out of 3 million tourists.
Out of over 3,000 accommodations, which have contracted with us, we could
select the best choice for you who will request our arrangement for your
travel in all over Japan.
We would select on the basis of service with security, cleanliness, and
most important, willingness on the part of the host to serve the tourist.
Due to language and habitual gap barriers, it is not easy for travelers
to select and make reservations.
So we would like to do best to help you.
Re : HOW to make RESERVATIONS
[1] In our country,Japan, you are now.
1: E-Mail or phone ( 0120-07-6556 ) to us, at first.
2: After that, having made sure the conditions of your traveling dates,
places and prices, some deposits for gurantee would be required in advance.
3: The handling charges & costs are 700 JPyen per each accommodation.
4: Usually, a reservaton would be able to be made for more than 2 persons
per room
except in some cases of longstayer of more than 3 nights or a member of"Single-walker/hitoritabi-club".
5: Upon receipt of your payment, the CONFIRMATION leaf with a map to each
minshuku, it's address, telephone number and other necessary informations
would be sent to you.
6: Application：Please send it to us as follows.
1) Name,
2) Nationality,
3) Postal Mailing address,
4) Number of accompanying guests, ( If children, indicate age )
5) Type of accommodations or rooms requested,
6) Maximum price unit requested, with meals or without,
7) Place or city name / day's schedule / how many nights,

1: We would like to handle to make reservation for travelers who would
like to stay
at Minshuku accommodations for more than over 2 nights total.
2: We can't give the list of the accommodations.
3: We would send a reply to your request for the reservations,
only via Email, but not at a Fax.
4: In order to confirm your reservations, you would be required some
deposits & some charges & costs as follows.
Deposits are required of 20%- 100% of the price in advance.
The basic charges are 2,300 JPyen for the confirmations in English.
And additionally costs of 700 JPyen per Minshuku each would be required.
5: The deposits and charges are not refundable in case of cancellation.
6: Alternative dates could be made without additional charges provided
you stay at the same Minshuku reserved, until 15 days before.
However, we could not guarantee being able to comply with your alternative
request.
7: Upon receipt of your payment, we will send the CONFIRMATION leaves with
maps
to each minshuku, it's address, telephone number and other necessary informations
noted in English.

[3] General information 1 ：
The PRICEs are shown at a unit price of per person per night,
in an ordinary way as more than 2 persons use in 1 Japanese room.
The consumption taxes are included. and at some accommodations are additionaly hot-spring-tax
of 150 JPyen.
Checkin time is 3 pm, checkout time is 10am.
Rooms are floored mostly with Japanese tatami-mats.
Minshuku have mostly 2 bath rooms for men and women. Each is taken by turns.
Toilet articles are your own.
Meals are supper and next breakfast.
5 Japanese dishes and plates of fish or meat, mushrom or edible wild grass/plant,
deep-fried or pan-fried, boiled, broiled and miso soup and boiled rice
with edpickled vegetables for supper served ordinary.
☆ In the high season, some premium charge would be additional.
In an ordinary way Premium charge is requested in the case of
for the shortage of the fixed full number.
Such premium is ordinary 2 thousand JPyen to a room.
☆ CTax is 5% additional, and hot spring Tax is about 150 JPyen.
[4] General information 2 ：
1) Standard prices of Minshuku ：6,300 −8,925 JPyen with 2 meals.
4,775 −6,300 JPyen with breakfast.
2) Single use is very difficult, even if in the off season.
3) Training camp stay or excursion of students is exceptional ;
5,500 - 6,500 JPyen with 3 meals.
4) Traditional accommodations ; 8,400 - 12,600 JPyen with 2 meals.
5) For children of 5 - 12 age 500 - 1,000 JPyen discount is given.
6) Payment from over seas for the deposits and charges would be
requested sending by [ International Postal Money Order ].
